There is no evidence to demonstrate that the product has been assessed using relevant UK conformity assessment procedures, as a valid Declaration of Conformity was not supplied. Improvements are also required for the product instructions. If the product is charged and left unattended overnight, a fault may occur potentially leading to the battery exploding and/or setting on fire. |
The product does not meet the requirements of the Supply of Machinery (Safety) Regulations 2008 and the Plugs & Sockets (Safety) Regulations 1994.
