Hazard
When subjected to the stability test the frame tipped over sideways, which could cause serious injuries if the child was to fall if they climbed the toy from the side.
Activity toys must be assembled using self-locking mechanisms however the ramp has no means of attachment and the main frame has no means of being locked in the open position.
Slides should also consist at least of a starting section, a sliding section and a run-out section, however the slide did not have a starting section (with handles) or a run-out section which poses further risk of injuries.
The toy does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.
Corrective action
The product has been destroyed.
