Hazard
The product presents a high risk of electric shock as the insulated shutter opening device (ISOD) pin is too long. This creates a gap between the socket and the live pins which could allow the user to access live parts and receive an electric shock. There are poor quality connections internally, and the product also failed the electrical strength test. Improvements are required to documentation and markings.
