Hazard
The product presents a serious risk of electric shock as it failed the electric strength test. The insulation broke down when the 3000 V test voltage was applied between the input and output circuits. If the insulation breaks down during normal use, the user may touch a metal part of the casing while the item is switched on and receive an electric shock.
