Hazard
The product poses a high risk of choking as when tested according to the impact test, one of the two hooks of the straps and the pink grooved support on the side broke, releasing elements which fit entirely within a small parts cylinder. The toy also presents a suffocation hazard as the pot and pan do not have any opening, divider or scalloped edge patterns. A child can be enclosed causing a suffocation hazard.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.
Corrective action
Product has been withdrawn from the market.
