Hazard
The product presents a risk of electric shock due to poor internal build quality. The internal connections are soldered directly to the PCB and there is no fuse or fusible resistor present. The transformer also does not meet the required creepage and clearance distances. Improvements are also required to the product marking and labelling.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Supply of Machinery (Safety) Regulations 2008.
