Hazard
The product presents a serious risk of injuries as testing found that the fasteners that attach the shoulders to the body of the product unstitch after five cycles of use and the straps break. This poses an injuries hazard to babies and young children as the safety straps may detach while the product is in use, causing the baby or young child to fall to the floor.
