Hazard
The product poses a risk of choking, as when tested, a hole was present in one of the yellow ‘bugs’ attached to a wrist rattle so that the inner plastic rattle was accessible using the front part of the specified (test) probe A.
The inner rattle fitted wholly inside the small parts cylinder and therefore poses a potential choking hazard to a child under 36 months.
The product does not comply fully with the marking requirements of the relevant standard and does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.
Corrective action
Destruction of the product at the border.
