The product presents a serious risk of choking as the two plastic toggles detached at forces less than the specified minimum. The detached components fitted wholly inside a small parts cylinder, therefore posing a choking hazard to young children.
Additionally, the flexible plastic bag used for packaging has an area greater than 100mm x 100mm and the bag thickness measured less than the minimum 0.038mm specified, which poses an asphyxiation hazard.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulation 2011.
