Hazard
The adaptor presents a serious risk of fire and electric shock as the power supply plug does not meet the constructional or dimensional requirements of BS 1363. As the plug does not make a proper connection with the socket, it could overheat and cause a fire. The user could also receive an electric shock when inserting or removing the plug from the socket.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016 or the Plugs & Sockets etc. (Safety) Regulations 1994.
