Hazard
The affected boats do not contain enough foam in the AFT area to keep the boat floating when it’s full of water with full load.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Recreational Craft Regulations 2017.
Corrective action
Recall of the product from end users.
To rectify the issue, the manufacturer has initiated a modification programme whereby extra foam will be added to the AFT corners.
Affected consumers have been notified directly and are advised to contact their dealers to arrange an appointment to have the modification carried out.
