Hazard
The product presents a high risk of electric shock as there is inadequate creepage and clearance, and potential access to live parts. Electrical insulation between mains/accessible parts may degrade over time due to this inadequate creepage & clearance. There is no insulation under the USB socket where the live conductor runs, and the transformer does not use triple insulated wire.
The product does not comply with the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016.
