The product presents a serious chemical risk as it was found to have a concentration level of 11.5% Carbon Black (nano) colour pigment, which exceeds the maximum permitted concentration in cosmetic products (10%).
The product does not meet the requirements of Regulation (EC) 1223/2009 (‘The Cosmetics Regulation’).
Corrective action
