Hazard

The product presents a risk of fire as the internal Li-ion Polymer battery may fail during charging or whilst in standby mode. If the product is charged or left unattended in standby mode, a fault may occur leading to thermal runaway and the product catching fire.

The product does not meet the requirements of the General Product Safety Regulations 2005.

Corrective action

The product has been recalled from end users.
