Hazard
Captive screws were not used in the construction of the battery cover. There is therefore a potential for the screws to get lost during removal or they may not be replaced (screwed into position) after the batteries are replaced.
The product presents a risk of choking as if the screws were not replaced, access to the button batteries could occur and they may be placed in the mouth and swallowed.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.
Corrective action
The product has been recalled from end users.
