Hazard

The product presents a serious chemical risk due to the presence of excess phenol. Products containing an excess of phenol can cause skin burns and eye damage if applied to the skin. Phenol is also toxic if swallowed. The product does not meet the requirements of Regulation (EC) 1223/2009 or the Cosmetic Products Enforcement Regulations 2013.  

Corrective action
