Hazard

The product presents a risk of injuries as a small drop of liquid glass material was discovered in the affected batches. During normal use, the glass could come in to contact with the user’s skin whilst using the serum, causing minor injuries and cuts.

The product does not meet the requirements of Regulation (EC) 1223/2009.

Corrective action

The product has been recalled from end users.

Owners are advised to stop using the product immediately and contact the place of purchase for redress.
