Hazard
The product has been identified as presenting a serious risk of electric shock as the cap of the lightbulb can be easily removed, exposing live parts. The user may access the live parts inadvertently when unscrewing, or screwing in, the light bulb. The product also requirements improvements to labelling and documentation.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016.
Corrective action
The product has been recalled from end users by What Stores.
