Hazard
The product presents a high risk of choking as when tested according to the tension test, one wheel and the winding key detached at forces 43 N and 54 N and fit entirely within the small parts cylinder. The bag made of flexible plastics containing the toys has an area of 110mm x 180mm buts its average thickness is 0.018mm, (which is less than the minimum permissible of 0.038mm), posing a potential asphyxiation hazard to young children.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.
Corrective action
The product has been recalled from the end users.
