Hazard
The product presents a risk of electric shock as the plug pins do not meet the dimensional requirements and the socket openings are not shuttered.
Users may inadvertently touch live pins of the adaptor or contact internal circuitry and receive an electric shock.
There is a risk of overheating and fire due to poor electrical connections within the product.
Some required markings were not included on the adaptor.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Plugs and Sockets etc. (Safety) Regulations 1994.
