Hazard
The product presents a high risk of asphyxiation because it contains water beads, which if swallowed in hydrated form, can block a young child’s airway and lead to aspiration. The water beads may also be swallowed and continue to expand inside the digestive tract, causing a blockage.

The product does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.
Corrective action
The product has been recalled from end users by Smart Toys Limited.
