Hazard
The product presents a risk of injuries as there is no mechanism to prevent it becoming over-pressurised. An over-pressurised container could shatter, potentially leading to injuries.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.
Corrective action
The product has been withdrawn from the market and recalled by The Works.
