Hazard

The product presents a serious chemical risk as when tested it was found to contain Bisphenol A (BPA) at a concentration of 19mg/kg. Exposure to BPA can affect the endocrine system and is harmful to the health of children.  

The product does not meet the requirements of the General Product Safety Regulations 2005.

Corrective action

The product has been recalled from end users.
