Hazard
The product presents a serious risk of electric shock as there was insufficient creepage and clearance distance between the live and neutral input circuits. The equipment does not meet the expected mechanical requirements to ensure persons, domestic animals and property are not endangered as no cord anchorage was fitted. The mains plug also did not meet the marking and dimensional requirements and the mains plug was not fitted with a fuse link which conforms to BS 1362.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016.
