Hazard
It has been identified that some circuit boards inside the Affected Products’ battery pack may be susceptible to the creation of localised hot spots. In a small number of cases, this could lead to a risk of the circuit board overheating or catching fire.
Consumers are advised to remove their machine from the charging base, turn off the machine and stop using the device, and to contact BISSELL.
