The product presents a serious risk of electric shock as the adaptor shutters are inadequate, and it is possible for the user to access live parts. The plug face of the product does not meet dimensional requirements because the distance from the live pin to the outside edge is less than the minimum required distance.
This product does not meet the requirements of the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016 and the Plugs and Sockets etc. (Safety) Regulations 1994.
