BEAmer, the French marine accident investigation body, has indicated that it will not be publishing a report into this accident. Because many of the safety issues identified during the French led investigation have been highlighted in a number of other investigations conducted by the MAIB, the Chief Inspector has decided that no further action is necessary and the case has been closed.
