VPDS135000 - Vaping Products Duty and Vaping Duty Stamps: Financial guarantees: How to deal with multiple guarantees

Where a business is both a VPD manufacturer AND a UK Representative, and they need to provide 2 guarantees, reductions may be applicable. 

If their calculated guarantee for deferred duties as a manufacturer is equal to or greater than £500,000, then their UK duty stamps representative guarantee should be reduced to half the normal level. 

The value of both guarantees, when added together, should be capped at a maximum of £14.25 million.
