VPDS041000 - Vaping Products Duty and Vaping Duty Stamps: Implementation dates: From 01/04/2026

From 01/04/2026, traders who manufacture or intend to manufacture vaping products in the UK can apply for VPD and/or VDS approval. They must do this prior to 01/10/2026. If any person is not approved by 01/10/2026 they cannot legally manufacture vaping products in the UK.
