SGSELSG4070 - Particular Goods: Vintage Aircraft

The Open General Export Licence: Military Goods: Exporting Vintage Aircraft - OGEL (Vintage Aircraft) permits the temporary exportation for a period of not more than three months of any non-military aircraft or combat or other aircraft specially designed or modified for military use over fifty years old to any Member State or to a territory of a Member State, namely, Andorra, Canary Islands, Channel Islands, French Overseas Departments of Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Martinique and Reunion, Monaco and Mount Athos (Greece) provided that it is not being exported for military purposes.
