The Role of National Clearance Hub

Officers at the National Clearance Hub carry out pre-export documentary checks, including checking of DIT export licences.

The Role of Large Business Service and Local Compliance Teams

Officers within Large Business Service and Local Compliance teams are responsible for auditing UK exporters. Local Compliance and LBS staff may also carry out pre-export checks for traders authorised for Local Clearance Procedure (LCP).
