From 1 March 2019, the two schedules described below no longer need to be completed. Instead, only one schedule will need to be completed
There are 2 schedules available which can be printed off and completed manually and you can access them at SDLTM62047 - or you can create your own spreadsheet to complete on screen. A copy of the schedule can be sent with your SDLT return.
For transactions in England you can send the schedule electronically by email to the Valuation Office email@example.com. Including details of the UTRN, the address or description of the land and full contact details for any enquiries. This facility is available whether the return is filed online or by paper.
