Employment maintenance: maintain employment: pay and tax summary screen - amend and delete
The PAY AND TAX SUMMARY screen displays the pay and tax records for an individual for all employments held in a selected tax year. This screen will display the pay and tax details for the tax year selected from the EMPLOYMENT SUMMARY screen, however the CY-1 pay and tax details will be automatically displayed if the current tax year was selected.
Earlier years can be selected through the PAY and TAX SUMMARY screen through a drop down menu.
In this screen you can amend year end pay and tax details which have been recorded from a P60.
Only details from P14, EOY Record or P60 are shown on this screen; details such as P45 Part 1 can be viewed in the EMPLOYMENT DETAILS screen.
