P11D processing: management of workflow management tool: suspended batches
You may only work on one batch at one given time. However, it may be that it is not possible to capture any more forms P11D within that batch until an outstanding query is settled. For this purpose a suspend facility is available on the Capture Batch screen.
Only a manager can remove the ‘Suspended’ status of a batch. To identify these filter on status ‘Suspended’
- Filter on ‘Suspended’ on the Batch Manager screen
- Select the [Allocate] button and follow the steps above, see ‘Allocate batches’.(PAYE57575)
The status of the batch changes from ‘Suspended’ to ‘Allocated’.
A batch can be re-allocated to the person who suspended it or to any other person.
A person may have more than one batch suspended at any time.
