P11D processing: management of workflow management tool: batch manager in home office or RCU

Only the [Manager] button is available for the ‘Home Manager WMT’ or the ‘RCU Manage WMT’ role. To access the screen

  • Select the P11D Management icon. You will be presented with the P11D Management screen
  • Select the [Manager] button. You will be presented with the Batch Manager screen

The Batch Manager screen will allow the home office and RCU managers to locate batches and review their current status. This section gives details of the functionality required in the home office but applies equally to an RCU logging forms P11D on behalf of a home office.

Only P11D workflow batches created for the home office will be displayed under Batches.

Any office can send any batch to any RCU. The sending office will be where the batch will be returned to unless that office has been closed during the period of capture, or the RCU if they are to retain them.

If you are an RCU logging forms P11D for a home office, you will need to follow the guidance in PAYE57525.

Once a batch has been completed, the system holds the dispatch date for the batch and its destination.
