P11D processing: processing and retrieving forms P11D: capture statistics
The Capture Statistics screen provides information on users that have captured forms P11D in a selected week.
To access the screen
- Select the P11D Management icon, the P11D Management screen you will be displayed
- Select the [Statistics] button, the Capture Statistics screen will be displayed
This screen provides information for forms P11D captured in Workflow Management and forms P11D captured outside Workflow Management.
The Team field provides you with a drop down list of all Teams set up in your office. If you
- Select a Team from the drop down list this will return only the users that belong to that Team
- Select ‘None’ then all users for that office will be displayed
If the office is a linked office then all users for that office will also be displayed.
The [Forwards] and [Backwards] buttons will allow you to navigate to a particular week. There is no limit as to how many weeks forward or backward you can go in the current year.
The following message will be displayed if there are no entries for a particular week
‘No data to be displayed.’
The screen will only display those users who have captured at least one P11D for the week displayed. The screen will display the users Pay Identity number, surname and initials in ascending order.
Friday is the week ending date for each week.
Only the captured figures are displayed, this includes Nil forms P11D.
