P11D processing: processing and retrieving forms P11D: employer capture notes

You can use the Notes screen to enter notes on the quality of the forms P11D received and highlight any need for employer education. You should use these notes to comment about the employers forms P11D generally, rather than individual forms P11D.

You should also use the notes facility to record where an employer has either

  • Notified us that all benefits are payrolled to all the employees and we have set the ECS / NPS inhibition signal


  • Where the employer has sent in paper P11Ds, or an equivalent list, for benefits that have been payrolled

The Notes screen is accessed from the Employer Details screen, where you select Notes from the Edit menu, the Notes screen will be displayed. From the Notes screen, select the [P11D Captured] button.
