ONSCG8600 - Closure reports: closure reports stencil

On finalisation of the clearance application, caseworkers should complete the closure report (a copy of which was sent by the Non-Statutory Clearances Team at the same time as the original application) and then send to the Non-Statutory Clearances Team via email.
