Working time: unmeasured work; determining hours worked for hours not falling under a daily average agreement

* before 6 April 2015; National Minimum Wage Regulations 1999, regulation 27

General

For a worker performing unmeasured work, any hours spent working which do not fall under a daily average agreement (NMWM08470) is counted as time worked. This includes;

  • time spent working by the worker, and
  • time treated as worked; for example, time spent waiting (NMWM08480), travelling (NMWM08490) and training (NMWM08500).
