NIM33207 - Voluntary National Insurance contributions for periods abroad – Provisions in Social Security Agreements affecting the payment of voluntary National Insurance contributions

If a person is in scope of a Social Security Agreement (SSA) that the UK has with another country, there may be provisions which affect their entitlement to pay voluntary UK NICs.

Detailed below, are the relevant provisions within each SSA which should be considered.


Barbados
