MLR3C3050 - How our supervision is organised: The Registration Team
Our MLR Registration Team is responsible for:
- Maintaining HMRC’s MLR register
- Processing payments for fees and penalties
- Issuing warning letters and penalties to businesses who fail to update their registration details
- Issuing warning letters to businesses for disclosed failures to register with HMRC
- Undertaking ongoing monitoring of individuals fit and proper and approval status
- Deciding and notifying individuals of their fit and proper and approval status
