• Complete a visit report with findings.
• Take appropriate action to deal with cases where trader has refused access to premises or will not arrange an appointment for a visit:
• Issue a formal notice explaining their requirement to produce records and a warning that we may take action through the courts.
• Where appropriate ensure the business notifies any changes to its registration details.
