Operational assurance: manager case review
The manager’s checklist has been designed to address specific areas which will be subject to external audit. The Quality Assurance Case Plan (QACP) should not be amended or redesigned.
Other than at opening and closing of an intervention, there is no prescribed frequency for the mangers review to be carried out. Individual teams will decide their own process. Teams may decide to create a method of ‘scoring’ the review if they choose to do so.
The completed review document can be used for discussion with individuals regarding developmental needs/objectives and produced if required for QA checks by Regional Managers.
