A functioning AC-e network should be the prime channel for seeking information from OMSon issues of excise compliance, and to obtain crucial evidence for the correct assessmentfor duty – evidence that can also provide the missing piece of the jigsaw when tryingto prove e.g. diversion fraud, or some other form of duty evasion.
