Foreign property: Double Taxation Conventions: exchange of information: information bulletin received from convention countries

Convention countries also tell us about any property which we might have a claim on, for example:

  • on F2092 for the USA
  • on SAE70 for South Africa
  • on CA52 for the Republic of Ireland.

If we receive information from a partner country we must check the listed assets against the information we hold and investigate any discrepancies. You should follow the guidance at IHTM09223

If we have no papers, you should send the information to Risk. (This content has been withheld because of exemptions in the Freedom of Information Act 2000)
