Competent Official Guidance: Completion form instructions
The form is in an excel format and consists of fourteen columns some of which have dropdown lists see Forms & completion notes
(Columns requiring selection from drop down lists shown below). Drop down lists should beused as follows:
- Highlight the cell in which you need to select an item from a drop down list.
- If an item from the drop down list is required, an arrow will appear in the cell on the right hand column of the cell highlighted. If no arrow appears then the information can be inputted manually.
- If an arrow appears, click on the arrow. This will show the list of items that you can select.
- Click on the appropriate item, this will automatically be inserted in the highlighted cell. For some columns you may need to scroll down to obtain the item required from the drop down list.
