Entries are to be made on Form C88 (SAD) in the normal way. Provided Box 47c - Tariff rate identifier - is coded ‘AT’, and box 34a - country of origin - is coded ‘TR’, the entry is to be regarded as constituting a claim to preference.

Any necessary supporting documents, including ATR/EUR1/EUR-MED documents and evidence of consignment, are to be produced at the time of presentation of the entry; where they are in a foreign language the importer, if necessary, may be required to supply certified translations.
