EC EXPORTS TO TURKEY

You have been approved, pursuant to Article 11 of Decision 1/2006 of the EC-Turkey Customs Co-operation Committee to issue pre-endorsed A.TR movement certificates/to self authenticate A.TR movement certificates, for exports as above.

Goods exported under this arrangement must satisfy the rules and you must hold the necessary evidence to prove this. The general conditions of your authorisation to use these certificates are set out in the attached Approved Exporter Leaflet. These conditions must be fully complied with in all cases and failure to do so may result in the withdrawal of your approval.

Pre Endorsed Certificates to cover your estimated needs during the next six months are enclosed herewith:

Paragraph 2 of the enclosed leaflet explains how and when to obtain further supplies of certificates. If you have any queries or require further information, please contact this office.

 

It should be noted that this approval applies only to exports made by the above company and does not extend to any other division of that company, nor to companies associated with it or forming part of any group.

Any material change in your trading pattern or in the originating status of the goods you export, which would affect your approval should be notified immediately to this office. Any change in your company name or address should also be notified.

Finally, pre-endorsed movement certificates A.TR must not be used for exports to any other preference-giving country.
