Evidence of preferential entitlement: postal exports

Movement certificates are not required for goods exported direct by post between the EU and Turkey. Such goods will be accepted by the Turkish authorities as being eligible for preference unless a special yellow label (UK Customs Form C1130), denoting that the goods are not in free circulation, is attached to the package or any accompanying documents. The exporter is required to attach the yellow label to a package containing goods that are not in free circulation. Any declaration required under postal regulations must still be made.
