Suppliers Declarations: 2nd paragraph delete ‘paragraph 8-11’

Applications: Amend 3rd paragraph to read ‘A specific Form (C1454) is provided for all applications. Once completed, this form should be submitted to: HMRC Authorisations and Returns Team, Peter Bennett House, Redvers Close, Lawnswood Business Park, Leeds, LS16 6RQ’

EC-wide approvals: Amend the 1st paragraph to read ‘ A UK exporter who frequently exports from other Member States, but who wishes to issue invoice declarations in the UK can apply to HMRC Authorisations and Returns Team at the address shown for the normal approval applications for a new or extended authorisation to enable this to happen.’

  ECEP02300 Goods sent for processing and return: 3rd bullet point delete ‘Protective’ so the sentence now starts with ‘Duty demands’

Re-exportation of goods originating outside the EU: 1st paragraph amend ‘section 6’ to read ‘section 7’.

Donor country content: end of 3rd paragraph amend ‘section 19’ to read ‘section 20’.

Cumulation: Add ‘and section 3 of Notice 830’ at the end of the 4th paragraph after Notice 827.

Amends EC to EU in 8 places    
  ECEP03100 Penalties: 1st paragraph delete ‘new’ before Civil Penalties provisions’ in the 1st sentence.
  ECEP05050 Invoice Declarations: Amend end of 1st paragraph to read ‘Turkey, Montengro and South Korea.’

Add an extra sentence to the 3rd paragraph after EUR/EUR-MED Certificates. ‘NB: For South Korea you can only use Invoice Declarations.’

Add to the end of the 4th paragraph after ‘Rules of origin for Mexico’ ‘and guidance for South Korea’

Can I issue an Invoice Declaration after the goods have been shipped? Add a 2nd sentence after ‘……exportation of goods’. ‘For South Korea it is within one year of the exportation of the goods’
